In today’s globalised and digitalised world information is shared easily and quickly. This increases efficiency and is often a success factor but also results in risks. In this session we will be looking at business protection issues including confidentiality and post-contractual restrictive covenants. Please note that we will not be discussing IP law matters.
Target audience will in particular be international HR professionals, employment lawyers and employee relations managers as we will be giving a high-level overview and introduction to some typical issues that you may encounter in relation to your German workforce. If you are already familiar with German employment law and/or are even based in Germany, you are of course very welcome to attend but may find some of the content to be too basic for you.
