Pushing pleadings together – HS MCC 2022

What do a transfer of business, pay equity and a disreputable Danish drinking song have in common? The common denominator is the facts of this year’s “Hugo Sinzheimer Moot Court Competition”. Once again this year, students at the Goethe University Frankfurt am Main had the opportunity to prepare their pleadings together with Anna Franziska Hauer and Marijke van der Most and to enrich them with empirical values from legal practice.

The Hugo Sinzheimer Moot Court Competition is an initiative of labour law lecturers at the University of Amsterdam. Its stated aim is to deepen and improve knowledge of labour law at the European level. Since 2016, it has been held annually, usually always in a different European Member State. At this year’s event, which is – finally again locally – hosted in Lisbon (Portugal), the law-giving country this year is Denmark.

In this sense: Held og lykke!
