Dr. Jochen Keilich advises corporations on all matters of individual and collective labor law, in particular on issues of restructuring, measures of downsizing, transfer of undertakings as well as negotiations with works councils and trade unions. Dr. Jochen Keilich has particular expertise in advising employers in the health care sector, in personnel representation law and in privatizations. He represents board members, managing directors and executives in the drafting employment contracts and in the change of employment. Another focus of his practice is the area of HR compliance. He is a certified compliance officer and advises companies on compliance audits, internal investigations and the introduction of other compliance measures such as whistleblower systems.
Dr. Jochen Keilich is a frequent speaker on labor law topics, for instance he gives lectures for Management Circle and Deutsches Anwalt Institut and in the training of specialist lawyers at Deutsche Anwaltakademie. He is a member of the German-British Jurists Association, the European Labour Lawyers Association and the German Bar Association. Dr. Keilich is one of Germany’s leading labor law specialists.
