Dr. Falko Daub advises national and international corporations on all matters of individual and collective labor law as well as on day-to-day human resources management. His areas of expertise are focused on assisting with complex transactions and restructuring, giving advice on the intersection of bankruptcy and labor Law as well as on matters of board-liability. Moreover, Dr. Falko Daub regularly advises clients on negotiations with works councils. In addition to his advisory practice, he represents clients before civil and labor courts throughout Germany.
