Christoph Dänzer-Vanotti contributes with his long standing professional experience as a presiding judge at the Labor Court of Oberhausen as well as an executive to Pusch Wahlig Legal. He advises our clients especially in the field of restructurings, compliance and collective labor agreements. He also contributes to expand the client base of Pusch Wahlig Workplace Law.

In his management positions, Mr. Dänzer-Vanotti’s core theme was the filed of human resources. His expertise includes the labor and employment law aspects of M&A transactions. Christoph Dänzer-Vanotti has negotiated numerous employment and termination agreements with senior and top executives. Another field of his expertise is the development of remuneration schemes for the management board as well as the negotiation of collective labor agreements and social plans.
