Dr. Thomas Thees advises national and international corporations and group of companies on all matters of individual and collective labor law. He has particular experience in the fields of service contract law of top executives and the adjoining company law, litigation, negotiations with the works council and trade unions and company pension schemes. Furthermore, he advises board members, managing directors and top executives and he regularly gives talks and holds seminars on labor law related aspects.
He advises national and international clients on all labor law aspects of M&A, operational changes and restructurings; this includes negotiations on reconciliation of interests and social plans, staff cuts, transitions and outsourcing. Moreover, Dr. Thees has extensive knowledge and experience with all matters of service and employment contracts, works constitutions and collective bargaining agreements. Dr. Thees advises and represents companies and top executives in court in all matters of employment and service contract law in all instances up to the Federal Labor Court.
