PWWL College and know-how lunch
Every two weeks, our attorneys, trainee lawyers and research assistants meet for lunch to share their experiences of current case law, legal problems or topics from current cases, which are then discussed in the group. This ensures that regular knowledge transfer takes place. We also hold lectures on special labor law topics, offering a focused look at particular practical topics followed by a discussion.
This exchange takes place quarterly in the form of the PWWL College. At this event, Associates give lectures on a range of fundamental and current labor law topics. In addition to all current legal employees, participants also include future and former staff. An alumni meeting thus takes place at the same time.
Training as a certified labor law specialist
Practical case work provides sufficient scope to reach the required number of cases for the practical part of the training. The law firm provides sufficient free time for the theoretical part and covers the costs in full.
An English class is held in the firm’s offices every two weeks, and our attorneys and non-legal staff are given time off to attend. PWWL also covers the costs of this training.
An in-house office training course is held once a year for all members of the non-legal team. Legal staff members are also invited to attend if they are interested.
