Dr. Anna Franziska Hauer´s legal practice encompasses all issues related to individual and collective labor law for national and international companies. A particular focus of her practice is the strategic management of employee co-determination, as well as providing employment law support for complex restructuring and transformation processes.

In addition, she has extensive expertise in the field of Global Mobility. She advises companies, in particular, on cross-border employee assignments and international secondments, as well as on immigration and employment law matters relating to the deployment of foreign employees and executives in Germany.
