PWWL supports flaschenpost SE with sale to the Oetker Group

Dr. August Oetker KG takes over the online beverage delivery service flaschenpost SE with headquarters in Münster. Contracts were already signed on 30 October 2020. Pusch Wahlig Workplace Law supported flaschenpost SE in all employment law related issues in connection with the transaction. flaschenpost was comprehensively advised by a team led by Dr. Tobias Pusch and Eckbert Müller.

Pusch Wahlig Workplace Law has already been assisting the flaschenpost Group since 2017 in a variety of employment law issues, including at the beginning of 2019 in the context of the transformation of flaschenpost AG into a company under European law, SE (Societas Europaea).
