In addition to providing strategic advice to companies and entrepreneurial families (including questions of corporate law and governance) as well as members of management and supervisory boards on corporate development, Prof. Dr. Georg Annuß’ area of activity includes advising and representing companies and board members in compliance matters and liability issues as well as board and managing director matters, including liability proceedings. He also has extensive experience in the restructuring of companies, including the support of major staff reduction measures and the representation of companies and board members before the ordinary courts and labor courts as well as in other conflict resolution proceedings.
