Jacob Keyl advises national and international companies from the technology and media sector as well as public employers on individual and collective employment law matters including social (insurance) and data protection law. Mr. Keyl primarily advises on the employment law implications of restructurings, including post-merger integration and the acquisition of German companies. He represents his clients in reconciliation of interests and social plan negotiations with employee representatives and in complex employment law disputes before all German labor courts, including the Federal Labor Court. Jacob Keyl is also a trained commercial mediator and regularly mediates between conflicting parties in collective employment law disputes.
