Frank Lenzen’s legal practice encompasses all matters of individual and collective labor law. His areas of expertise are focused on corporate restructuring, M&A transactions, and co-determination matters. In addition, he has particular experience in complex employment law restructurings and the negotiation of works agreements (including conciliation board proceedings). He is an expert in SE formations and transfer of undertakings.
