Dr. Arietta von Stechow’s legal practice encompasses all matters of individual and collective labor law. Her areas of expertise are focused on works constitution law and collective bargaining law, restructuring and transformation processes including insolvency-related matters, employment law issues in connection with digitalization, as well as employment law aspects of M&A transactions. In addition, she has particular experience in negotiations with works councils and trade unions as well as in litigation and out-of-court dispute resolution.
