We are also delighted to welcome Frank Lenzen, who joins our Frankfurt office as Partner. Frank brings extensive expertise in individual and collective employment law as well as social security law. His focus areas include corporate restructurings, M&A transactions, and co-determination matters. In addition, he has many years of experience advising on complex employment law restructurings and supports companies with works agreements, SE formations, and business transfer regulations. He advises clients across various industries, particularly in banking, finance, logistics, and healthcare.
