Hermann Rasche’s legal expertise comprises all matters of individual and collective labor law. His areas of expertise are focused in particular on labor law support in M&A transactions as well as corporate co-determination law, including especially the law of the Societas Europaea (SE). In addition, he has extensive practical experience advising companies on all matters relating to managing directors and management board members, as well as in the management of complex restructurings, representing clients throughout Germany before labor courts.
