Inka Adam’s specializes in all aspects of individual and collective employment law. She advises her national and international clients comprehensively and strategically on all aspects of employment relationships, both in the drafting and implementation of employment contracts as well as in the termination and winding-up of employment relationships, including in the context of business closures and mass redundancies. Another focus of her advisory practice is representing employers throughout Germany in complex employment law disputes, including unfair dismissal proceedings and trade secret litigation. Inka Adam advises companies in the mobility, industry, consumer goods, banking & finance sectors as well as the public sectors. She regularly lectures on employment law topics and has been co-editor (Co-Schriftleiterin) of the journal SPA, published by C.H. Beck, since 2018.
