Dr. Sarah Zimmermann advises employers, managing directors and executives on all aspects of individual and collective employment law. A particular focus of her practice is the strategic management of complex employment law disputes and related litigation. She also advises and represents companies in proceedings involving the social security funds of the German construction industry, particularly on issues relating to contribution obligations and in litigation involving SOKA-BAU. In addition, she has particular experience in works constitution law.
