Mr. Franck Morel joins Flichy Grangé Avocats law firm as Partner

The law firm Flichy Grangé Avocats is very pleased to announce the arrival of Mr. Franck Morel, former Social Advisor to the Prime Minister Edouard Philippe, as Partner.

He will guide businesses, professional organizations, and various bodies to help them identify solutions best suited to their social strategy.

In particular, he will contribute to the appropriate and effective application of the fifteen or so reforms in which he has been involved in the field, including the ordinances reforming the  labour code in 2017, but also, more specifically, individual and collective terminations by mutual agreement , the rules on trade union representativeness and collective bargaining, working time, occupational medicine, rules on staff representation, collective performance agreements, vocational training, apprenticeships, etc.

A recognized expert in labor law for nearly twenty years, a former labor inspector, and a lawyer for five years with Barthélémy avocats, Franck Morel has been an advisor to four Ministers of Labor and most recently to Prime Minister Edouard Philippe on matters of labor relations, work and employment.

Franck Morel is the author of several books including “Un autre droit du travail est possible“, 2016, Fayard, co-written with Bertrand Martinot or “Durée et aménagement du temps de travail“, 8th edition in 2017, published by Revue Fiduciaire.
