Congratulations!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are also delighted to welcome\u00a0<strong>Frank Lenzen<\/strong>, who joins our\u00a0<strong>Frankfurt office as Partner<\/strong>. Frank brings extensive expertise in individual and collective employment law as well as social security law. His focus areas include\u00a0corporate restructurings, M&amp;A transactions, and co-determination matters. In addition, he has many years of experience advising on complex employment law restructurings and supports companies with\u00a0works agreements, SE formations, and business transfer regulations. He advises clients across various industries, particularly in\u00a0banking, finance, logistics, and healthcare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With Frank\u2019s arrival, we strengthen our\u00a0partnership\u00a0and continue our\u00a0growth path in Frankfurt.
