In preparation for the pleadings, the students presented their briefs and had the opportunity to add practical suggestions to the case study &#8220;A New Mobile Working Guideline&#8221;. The morning included exchanges and discussions on the challenges of a digitalized working environment, litigation tactics, presentation style and much more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Hugo Sinzheimer Moot Court is an initiative of labor law lecturers at the University of Amsterdam. Its goal is to deepen and improve knowledge of labor law at the European level. Since 2016, it has been held annually \u2013 usually always in a different European Member State. At this year&#8217;s event, which \u2013 due to the pandemic \u2013 was hosted for the second time by Ilia University (Tbilisi, Georgia), the German team advanced to the semi-finals.
