Kristina Schilder advises national and international corporations and groups of companies, start-ups, managing directors and senior executives on all matters relating to individual and collective employment law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A particular focus of her work lies at the intersection of employment law, criminal law and administrative offences law. This includes providing advice on the implementation and optimisation of compliance management systems, assistance with regulatory monitoring and inspection measures and the defence in administrative offence proceedings concerning fines, forfeiture and confiscation, specifically in relation to working time regulations and social legislation relating to road transport. Moreover, Kristina Schilder coordinates and conducts internal investigations, among others in cases of bullying, discrimination and (sexual) harassment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kristina Schilder has many years\u2019 experience in corporate restructuring and staff reduction measures, in drafting and negotiating collective agreements with work unions and works council agreements, as well as in litigation. In addition, she advises and represents managing directors and senior executives in contract negotiations and exit situations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kristina Schilder is Co-Head of the Practice Group Health, Safety and Working Time Law<\/a>, Member of the Practice Groups Start-ups<\/a> and Restructuring<\/a>, Diversity Representative at PWWL and a member of the Legal Committee of the Federal Association of Medium-Sized Enterprises (BVMW e.
